Self-Defense / Boxing by the Numbers / Kickboxing Basics Classes

Join us for an introduction to self-defense, boxing and kickboxing!

Self-Defense is a basic course in Self awareness, Security, and building confidence designed to create level headed decision making choices when a situation arises in the civilian world that may require a person to make good choices and resolve a combatant situation that may require the use of force without the aid of weapons.

Boxing by the numbers teaches 6 basic strikes with boxing movement to evade and control real world control. This is also a fun cardio program built much like a yoga or instructional follow the leader mentality.

Kickboxing is a basic American kickboxing class that allows for traditional strikes and kicks. Three options for Defense purposes.

In this course, you will learn:

- To build confidence and how to create power both physically and mentally
- New skills that promote positive outcomes when defending yourself when no one is there to help you
- Self awareness and security in high stress situations while allowing control of your agressor and promote personal safety

This 16 session course will allow the participant to engage with others in learning what really works when defending yourself rather than undocumented holds and grapples that can make your situation worse. This course is a Do vs Don't scenario based course that is not driven by bravado, but more along real world proven tactics that can be a life long lesson. Criminals can be hit or miss but you have to be 100% correct every time to get yourself or others out a situation that can be life threatening.

This is a face-to-face class with a total of 16 sessions and is open to the community. All ages are welcome!
