Strategic Medical Benefits Planning and Administration

This course bridges theory and practice in benefits and total rewards management, focusing on crafting strategies, optimizing healthcare delivery, and managing risks. Participants explore claims processes, plan marketing, and broker transparency, with a special focus on pharmacy benefits, including sourcing strategies and managing Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). By course end, participants can design competitive, comprehensive, and transparent benefit packages.
